Hello,

I have an iPhone that my sister found and locked up, and that was a few months ago. I recently found it and started playing with it and so far I have formatted it only to find that the previous owner icloud locked it and also the phone number they listed was the iPhone’s number so I can’t call them and as for the email address… well… I can’t seem to get into the phone to get it and I have watched many YouTube videos.

Now, my question is will jailbreaking the phone get me around the icloud lock or is the iPhone a brick and useless???

Don’t worry I have my own iPhone and I thought maybe I could give this iPhone to my 87 year old father to kind of help him keep his mind instead of losing it early. I think the iPhone will keep his mind more active.
